Step 2: Click on ‘View Land Records – Urban’
In the menu option, click on ‘View Land Records – Urban’ and click on it. A new window of ‘URBAN LAND RECORD (શહેરી જમીનનો રેકર્ડ)’ will open.
Step 3: Select Search Option
You have two options to search your urban land record:
- Property Card (મુળ કાર્ડ)
- Unit Property Card (એકમ કાર્ડ)
You can select any one of these.
Step 4: Select the Type of Urban Land Record
In the ‘Select any one ( (કોઇ એક પસંદ કરો)’ option, select the type of urban land record you want to search.
Here is the type of urban land record you can select:
- Survey Number Details
- Nondh Number Details
- 135-D Notice details
- Survey number by owner name
- Entry list by month-year (details of notes by year and month)
- Know the survey number by UPIN
Step 5: Select Location
Now select the location of the land. Choose options in ‘District(જીલ્લો)‘, ‘City Survey Office(સીટી સરવે ઓફીસ)‘, ‘Ward(વોર્ડ)‘, ‘Survey No.(સરવે નંબર)‘ and ‘Sheet No.(શીટ નંબર)‘ box.
Step 6: Enter Captcha
Enter the captcha code and click on the ‘Get Record Detail’ button. Your urban land record details will appear on your screen if all the details are filled in correctly.
You can also download the record details on your device as a PDF by clicking on the ‘Print’ option on the top right corner of your screen and selecting ‘Save PDF’.
