• select ‘Digitally Signed RoR‘ from the sliding menu option
• a new window ‘Digitally Signed RoR Login‘ will open
• login using your mobile number and enter the captcha code
• now click on ‘Generate OTP’ and enter the OTP you receive, a new window will open

• under the ‘ગામ નમૂના નંબર ની વિગતો‘ box, select your land record type from the drop-down menu. The types of land records available are:
  • ગામ નમૂના નં. ૭ (Village Form No. 7)
  • ગામ નમૂના નં. ૧૨ (Village Form No. 12)
  • ગામ નમૂના નં. ૮એ (Village Form No. 8A)

• select your land’s district, taluk, village, and block number
• now click on ‘Add Village Form‘

Types of Land Records on AnyRoR

There are four primary types of land records on the AnyRoR Gujarat online portal:

• VF6 or Village Form 6: this form records and tracks the details related to the changes in the ownership and other related activities of land. This record is maintained by the village revenue officer (Talati) at the village level.
• VF7 or Village Form 7: this records details related to the 7/12 survey number or khasra number.
• VF8A or Village Form 8A: details related to Khata are recorded in this register.
• 135 D Notice for Mutation: used by Talati to release a notice and ask for objection on changes in land records.
